Coordinated Provider Networks (CPN) manages and administers dedicated Podiatry networks for Health Plans, Managed Care organizations, Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities and other ‘groups’, providing for the diagnosis, care, treatment and prevention of foot, ankle and leg disorders.

To meet the needs of the Client-Organizations we serve and their Members, Patients, Residents, etc., we rely on skilled, experienced, conscientious, caring Doctors of Podiatry Medicine, operating in private practice in the geographics areas where we have an active Network.

Coordinated Podiatry Networks (CPN) has been organizing and managing dedicated Podiatry Provider Networks for more than 15 years — offering medical and surgical services associated with the diagnosis, care, treatment and prevention of Foot, Ankle and Leg Disothere alrders and Injuries.

Generally speaking, our services are divided into four categories: (a) Commercial Programs; (b) Medicare Programs; (c) Medicaid Programs; and (d) Pediatric Programs.

Our clients include Managed Care Organizations, Health Plans, Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Facilities and other ‘groups’ — providing Podiatry services for their Members, Patients, Residents, etc.
